Today, I had a dentist appointment at 7am, then started recording videos for the site at about 8:30am, and we haven’t stopped all day.

My circadian rhythm is off, my mind is exhausted, but the work must go on.

The message here is when it’s time to stop working, it is SERIOUSLY time.

You are going to be way more productive if you get the rest your body is craving!

There is actually something called adrenal fatigue. It’s real and it happens in your body and you have chemicals going on in your body in need of replenishing.

I have clients that I reach out to, to confirm appointments or sessions, that call me back saying they have the flu, or they’ve been down with a cold. If you’re not resting after pushing yourself all day, your immune system is going to be compromised. If your body is too exhausted to focus during your day, how is it going to be able to fight off colds and viruses. IT CAN’T!

Taking care of your body, good or bad, it is going to physically show up.

Things like cold and sickness, adrenal fatigue, irritability and even rapid weight loss (not the attractive kind).

You might even hurt yourself from not being able to maintain your balance when you’re exhausted. Seriously think about the correlation here.

The leading schools of Yoga project that sleep deprivation is going to be one of the next health epidemics that isn’t recognized before it’s too late.. There are literally thousands of people dropping dead around the world from working too long; too many hours without enough rest to be in balance..

It doesn’t make you a superhero to work a 17 hour day and only get 4 hours of sleep. It will catch up to you. Sleep deprivation is cumulative, which means that it adds up against you.

I want to change this mentality and educate hard working entrepreneurs to this life-in-balance thing because it could not only save your business, but it may even save your life.

There is great power in your own unique purpose. Dare to
connect with that purpose, and let it energize your every
action.
