Get Centered! I bet you’ve heard that somewhere.

I want to share with you EXACTLY how I get my team ready before a big day of filming, before a meeting, anything!

Have you ever walked out of a meeting and felt like you didn’t get a thing done?

This one strategy will make every meeting productive and meaningful.

It is vital for you and your team to get centered.

My team and I have to be on the same page.

I am so thankful that I get to work with the team I do and I share my appreciation with them frequently.

Working in a positive environment is healthy for all those involved, and makes for more productive days.

Before each and every meeting we start with a moment of silence to release any weight or burden we have carried in with us.

We focus on observing our breathing and relaxing our shoulders, to clear our minds of everything that isn’t related to the goals and tasks at hand.

I often express my gratitude for my life and for those who I surround myself with, out loud so they can hear and feel my words.

By centering ourselves and coming together to focus, we are not only able to syncronize but we are able to work on a wavelength that we are all vibing on, and it truly is effective in bringing our work together sooner as well as having everyone contribute and feel as though the team brought the project to life.
