Today’s mindset methodology is based on Japanese culture and is helping female entrepreneurs become the master of their minds!

It’s called Kaizen and I absolutely love it!

Kaizen is incremental change over time; short term and long term.

The key is to never expect perfection! 

The way you can apply it to your own life is showing gratitude to everything around you and celebrating daily victories. Be grateful for each achievement, no matter how miniscule or grandiose you think it may be.

As long as you are moving forward and improving by even 1 percent, you’re doing well. 

Think about it: after a year of focusing on bettering yourself, even 1 percent each day; that’s 365% improvement, right? Maybe that’s not how the math works, but the point is, keep pushing forward and keep improving. Don’t stop!

Ask yourself today – right now: How can I make myself and the world around me better?

What would it look like for you to improve yourself today?

How about tomorrow?

What are you putting off? procrastinating on? that you could do, RIGHT NOW?

Perfection will never come but improvement is everything! The deepest truth to life is that perfection will never happen for anyone, not your parents, not you or your friends, and certainly no celebrity or famous person. We all have things we could improve on. We could all grow in some way, every day!

Keep focusing on your gorgeous mind, and how to make tomorrow a better day. I believe we all can, and that together we will make the world a better place.
