Hello and welcome

Hi, I’m Rachael Todd, and I’m on a quest to live this life as authentically, purposefully, and wholeheartedly as I can.

My passion and my mission is to share what I’ve learned in order to help you do the same. My life’s journey combined with my experience as a yoga instructor, my studies in Positive Psychology and as a licensed health coach have all culminated into who I am. I’m so excited you are here!
